How to join

- 創建您的帳戶後,您可以立即享受我們的會員特權,如在線獨家項目和獎勵積分等。
- 此外,您可以安全地保存您的信息在我們的網站上,省去您每次下訂單填寫帳單和運送信息的麻煩。



- Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account.
- Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as online exclusive item and reward credits.
- Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

第四步:完成下單步驟
第五步:下單完成!! 您將看到訂單號碼

Step 1: Search anything you want to grab :P
Step 2: Add them to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID.
Step 4: Kindly place an order. 
Step 5: Completed !! And you will see the order number.

Returns & Exchanges

請注意,我們只接受符合條件的退換貨。不提供退款。

1)符合退取消訂單或換貨條件的情況:

- 在付款後的12小時內提出退款請求,且您的訂單仍處於【待處理】狀態時。(超過12個小時不接受退款請求。)
- 訂單自付款後超時10天以上的情況
- 訂購商品缺貨時


2)符合退貨條件的情況:

-  收到的產品與您訂購商品不同時
-  收到的商品有殘次時

**退貨說明
(1) 您需要附上收到的商品的照片,與發票號碼以及退貨原因。
(2)我們將通過 whatsapp +852-9288-9669 與您聯繫提供協助
(3)退回的物品必須保持其原始狀態,包括標籤和所有包裝。

* 請注意,只有當您遵循上述說明且您的退貨請求已得到我們工作人員的批准時,我們才會接受退貨。未經事先同意,一概不接受退貨。
* 若是因我們的過失造成的退貨運費會由CAVN承擔。


3)如果出現以下情況,我們不接受退貨:

- 單純變心 (如,尺寸,顏色等)
- 鞋子,包包或其他首飾配件等
- 商品因您處理不當而損壞的情況
 

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. No Refunds are available.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation or exchange if:
-you posted a Exchange request within 12 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions

(1) You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the invoice number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by whatsapp +852-9288-9669
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.

* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by CAVN.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling

Refunds

若是停產商品退款 需要等待3-5個工作日。

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund order due to the discontinued item.

Other

官方網站的訂單,需要7-10個工作日的時間處理。
我們不支持換貨與退款。
